By using the STAFFLAND website, the user agrees to follow these rules. The rules apply to the forum, general chat, user profiles, topics, reports, applications, and other website sections. Not knowing the rules does not remove responsibility.

The listed durations are guidelines. STAFFLAND administration may reduce or increase a punishment based on the severity of the violation, previous history, damage caused, and circumstances. Repeat violations carry increased punishment. In especially serious cases, permanent suspension may be applied without prior warning.

STAFFLAND administration does not punish users for constructive criticism, ordinary disagreement, or differences of opinion. Punishment is applied for a specific violation of established rules.

COMMUNICATION AND CONDUCT
1.1
Respectful communication
Systematic insults, humiliation of users, harassment, threats, discrimination, and deliberate incitement of conflict are prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Warning or communication restriction for 1–24 hours.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
Restriction for 3–7 days. Repeated violations may result in account suspension for up to 30 days.

Spam, flooding, and section clutter
Repeatedly sending identical or meaningless messages or cluttering topics, general chat, reports, and other site sections is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Message removal + warning or communication restriction for 30 minutes–12 hours.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
Communication restriction for up to 3 days.
1.3
Duplicate topics and requests
Repeatedly creating identical topics, reports, or requests to attract administration attention is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Removal of duplicates + warning.

Posting restriction for 1–3 days.
1.4
Advertising third-party projects
Advertising other Minecraft servers, websites, Discord servers, or third-party projects without STAFFLAND administration approval is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Removal of the post + communication restriction for 1–7 days.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
Advertising a competing project — suspension for 7–30 days. Mass advertising — permanent suspension.
1.5
Provoking violations
Deliberately provoking a user to violate the rules solely to report or punish them afterward is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Warning or communication restriction for 1–3 days.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
Suspension for up to 7 days.

CONTENT AND PROFILE
2.1
Prohibited content
Publishing pornographic, shocking, extremist, or other clearly inappropriate content is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Immediate removal of the material + suspension from 7 days.

In serious cases — permanent suspension.
2.2
Avatars, nicknames, and profile appearance
Nicknames, avatars, descriptions, and other profile elements must not contain prohibited content, insults, advertising, or mislead users.
PUNISHMENT
Removal or requirement to change the content + warning.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
Account suspension for 1–7 days.
2.3
Impersonating administration
Claiming to be the owner, administrator, moderator, or another STAFFLAND staff member without the appropriate role is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Account suspension for 3–14 days.

Up to 30 days or permanent suspension.
2.4
Publishing another person's personal data
Publishing home addresses, phone numbers, documents, or other sensitive personal data without the owner's consent is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Removal of the information + suspension from 30 days.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
In serious cases — permanent suspension.
2.5
Private conversations
Publishing private conversations for harassment, blackmail, or disclosure of sensitive information is prohibited. Evidence of violations may be provided to administration.
PUNISHMENT
Removal of the post + warning or suspension for 1–14 days.

The duration depends on the severity of the published information.

REPORTS, TOPICS, AND APPLICATIONS
3.1
Fabricated evidence
Altering screenshots, conversations, images, or other evidence to deceive administration or frame another user is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Suspension for 7–30 days.

A serious attempt to frame a user may result in permanent suspension.
3.2
Knowingly false reports
Deliberately submitting reports for violations a user knowingly did not commit is prohibited. A good-faith mistaken report is not considered a violation.
PUNISHMENT
Warning or temporary restriction on submitting reports.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
Report restriction for 3–14 days or account suspension.
3.3
Abuse of the report system
Using reports for spam, revenge, blackmail, or pressure on users or administration is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Restriction on submitting reports for 3–30 days.

Additional account suspension.
3.4
Accuracy of applications
When submitting an application for cooperation, streamer status, or another official request, the user must provide accurate information.
PUNISHMENT
Application rejection.

Serious intentional deception may result in temporary account suspension.
3.5
Fraud
Using the STAFFLAND website to deceive users, sell nonexistent goods or services, or conduct other fraudulent activity is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Suspension for 7–30 days.

Significant harm may result in permanent suspension.

ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
4.1
Phishing and account theft
Distributing phishing links, requesting other users' passwords or access codes, or attempting to take control of another account is prohibited.

Permanent suspension without mandatory prior warning.

Serious violation.
4.2
Malicious files and links
Distributing viruses, stealers, malware, dangerous scripts, or links intended to harm users is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Permanent suspension.

4.3
Suspension evasion
Creating new accounts or using other accounts to bypass website restrictions or suspensions is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Suspension of alternate accounts + increased original punishment.

Permanent suspension of linked accounts.
4.4
Mass account registration
Creating large numbers of accounts to inflate activity, bypass restrictions, manipulate reactions, bonuses, or other site systems is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Suspension of alternate accounts + restriction of the main account for 3–30 days.

Permanent suspension for systematic abuse.
4.5
Account responsibility
The user is responsible for actions performed from their account. Sharing access with another person is done at your own risk.
PUNISHMENT
The punishment applies to the account from which the violation was committed.

If an account compromise is confirmed, administration may review the situation.

WEBSITE SECURITY
5.1
Exploiting website bugs
Deliberately exploiting website bugs to access other users' information, accounts, administrative functions, or other unavailable features is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Suspension for 7–30 days.

Serious exploitation of a vulnerability may result in permanent suspension.
5.2
Distributing vulnerabilities
Serious vulnerabilities should be reported to administration. Distributing a working exploit method with the intent to harm STAFFLAND or users is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
From a warning to a 30-day suspension.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
Causing serious harm may result in permanent suspension.
5.3
Attacks on the website
DDoS/DoS attacks, intentionally generating excessive load, automated malicious requests, and attempts to disrupt the website are prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Permanent suspension + technical access restriction.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
Serious violation.
5.4
Unauthorized access
Attempts to access administrative sections, the control panel, database, server infrastructure, or staff accounts without permission are prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Permanent suspension.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
No warning is required.
5.5
Activity manipulation
Artificially inflating messages, reactions, views, votes, and other website metrics is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Removal of manipulated activity + warning or account restriction for 1–14 days.

Suspension for up to 30 days.

ADMINISTRATION AND MODERATION
6.1
Deceiving administration
Deliberately providing false information to administration during a review, report check, or application review is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
Warning or account restriction for 1–14 days.

If the deception is related to a serious violation, the punishment may be increased.
6.2
Encouraging violations
Encouraging other users to evade punishments, exploit bugs, attack the website, or commit other violations is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
The punishment is determined by the severity of the violation.
REPEAT / SERIOUS CASE
A punishment comparable to that of the primary violator may be applied.
6.3
Appealing a punishment
A user may disagree with an administration decision and appeal it without insults, spam, or harassment of project staff.
PUNISHMENT
No punishment is applied for ordinary disagreement.

The relevant rule applies to insults, threats, or spam.
6.4
Constructive criticism
Constructive criticism of STAFFLAND is allowed. Fabricating facts and deliberately spreading knowingly false information to harm the project or users is prohibited.
PUNISHMENT
There is no punishment for constructive criticism.

Knowingly spreading misinformation is reviewed individually based on the severity of the consequences.
6.5
Temporary administration measures
Administration may temporarily remove disputed content or restrict specific account functions to stop a serious violation until the review is complete.
PUNISHMENT
A temporary measure does not replace the final administration decision.

The final punishment is assigned after the situation is reviewed.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1
Donations and special statuses
Donations, in-game privileges, streamer status, or other special roles do not provide immunity from website rules.

Punishment applies on the same basis as for everyone else.

User status does not cancel a punishment.
7.2
Repeat violations
For repeat violations, administration considers the user's previous history and may increase the punishment duration.

7.3
Multiple violations at once
If a user violates several rules at once, administration may consider them together when assigning punishment.

7.4
Disputed situations
If a situation is not directly described by the rules, administration may decide by analogy with existing clauses, considering the user's intent, consequences, and damage caused.

Rule changes
STAFFLAND may amend and expand the website rules. The version published on the official project website is considered current.
