1. About STAFFLAND
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to STAFFLAND, including the website at staffland.store, the STAFFLAND Minecraft server, account system, community features and digital products offered through the STAFFLAND store.
By accessing STAFFLAND, creating an account, using our services or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable server rules.
2. Accounts and user responsibility
Users are responsible for activity performed through their STAFFLAND account and for keeping their login credentials secure.
You may not impersonate another user, use another person's account without authorization, provide intentionally false information or attempt to bypass security restrictions.
STAFFLAND does not provide or distribute the Minecraft game client. Users are responsible for obtaining and using third-party software in accordance with any rights, licenses and laws that apply to them.
3. Digital products and ranks
STAFFLAND sells digital products intended for use inside the STAFFLAND server and related services.
Products may include:
- server ranks and privileges;
- virtual currencies;
- cosmetic features;
- additional commands;
- increased region or account limits;
- convenience features;
- server access features;
- other benefits specifically described on the product page.
The exact contents, limitations and duration of each product are displayed in its store description.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, STAFFLAND digital products have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be resold.
4. Ranks and server privileges
Ranks may provide additional server permissions, commands, convenience functions, cosmetic distinctions and increased limits.
Certain ranks may include features such as flight where specifically stated in the product description.
STAFFLAND may adjust individual rank benefits when reasonably required for server balance, security, technical compatibility, legal compliance or major gameplay changes.
5. Unban and access-restoration services
STAFFLAND may offer an unban or other access-restoration service.
An unban applies only under the conditions described on the relevant product page and does not exempt a player from STAFFLAND rules.
The service is considered delivered once the eligible server restriction associated with the purchase has been successfully removed.
A subsequent violation or new moderation action does not automatically provide another unban or a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law or binding payment-provider rules.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Xsolla.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, fraud-prevention procedures, regional restrictions, taxes and refund rules.
Prices, currencies and available payment methods may vary depending on country, currency, taxes, promotions and payment provider.
Users must have authorization to use the selected payment method.
7. Delivery of purchases
Most STAFFLAND purchases are digital and are intended to be delivered automatically after successful payment confirmation.
The user is responsible for entering the correct STAFFLAND account or Minecraft username during the purchase process.
If a successfully paid product is not delivered, the user should contact STAFFLAND support and provide the transaction information required to investigate the purchase.
8. Server rules and moderation
All users must follow the current STAFFLAND server, website and community rules.
STAFFLAND may issue warnings, mutes, restrictions, temporary suspensions or permanent bans when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect users, prevent abuse or fraud, or maintain the Service.
Purchasing a rank, currency, unban or other digital product does not provide immunity from STAFFLAND rules or moderation.
9. Prohibited conduct
Users may not use STAFFLAND for unlawful activity, fraud, payment abuse, malicious attacks, unauthorized access, malware distribution, harassment, exploitation of security vulnerabilities or intentional disruption of STAFFLAND services.
Knowingly abusing bugs, payment systems or server systems may result in restrictions or account termination.
10. Service availability
STAFFLAND does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The website or game server may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security incidents, attacks, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Intellectual property
Original STAFFLAND branding, website materials, graphics, server configurations and original content remain the property of their respective owners and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, software, plugins, assets and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Minecraft disclaimer
STAFFLAND is an independent community project and is not an official Minecraft service.
STAFFLAND is not approved by, sponsored by, associated with or affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
13. Changes to these Terms
STAFFLAND may update these Terms when necessary due to changes in the Service, store, payment providers, server rules or applicable requirements.
